The Backpack Mission
What is the Backpack Mission?
This mission was created by a non-profit organization called “Beautician on a Mission!”
Our focus is to give back to others in need through our service projects.
HPM Networking, HOT Pink Mamas, and the Backpack Mission will provide the homeless in the Kansas area, filling the backpacks with useful and helpful items. No money or harmful items will be given.
If a money donation is given, we will purchase items to fill the backpacks.
All donations are appreciated!

· Soap, socks, hats, t-shirts, gloves
· Washcloths, Band-aids, combs, hand sanitizers
· Note pads, pens, water bottles, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant
· Plastic silverware, trail-mix, granola bars, crackers, snacks
All items, including bulk, are appreciated!

Filled with Fun packs
for kids at the Hope House
Kids backpacks needed for children at the Hope House. We are collecting kid books, crayons, color books, stickers,pencils, paper and other school items. We will be giving these out at the end of July in time for the new School year.
Beauty Day for Women at the Hope House
"Bloom" is put on by the Church of the Harvest in September.

Hair Cuts for the Homeless
May 1 and 8th at the KC rescue mission at Cherry and Truman from 3-5.

Hope House for Teens
We went to the teen house and did hair cuts to help the teens look their best as they get a leg up in the community.
